System Maintenance Program
The System Maintenance program is the most comprehensive program offered by EPM Test Inc. It optimizes test system performance and productivity by combining priority response with scheduled test system preventative maintenance.
The System Maintenance Program provides onsite service engineer support and remote system diagnostics support to quickly isolate a system fault. Replacement modules are shipped in advance to allow exchange of defective parts. EPM Test will provide first level maintenance training to your service engineer. This promotes maximum test system uptime.
Site System Maintenance Program
For those customers, with multiple memory test systems installed, EPM Test offers the same benefits as those for the "System Maintenance Program" with a structured discount.
Module Exchange Program
The Module Exchange Program is ideal for customers who have their own EPM Test trained maintenance staff. The Module Exchange Program provides replacement modules that are shipped in advance to allow exchange of defective parts.
Module Exchange provides the security of total module support at a fixed cost. There are no surprises to your equipment maintenance budget. Inventory costs are lowered since EPM Test supplies all repair modules on a priority basis, saving you an investment in spare parts.
Service Engineer Support
The Service Engineer Support is ideal for customers who have their own inventory of spare modules. The Service Engineer Support provides scheduled test system preventative maintenance, onsite service engineer support and remote system diagnostics support to quickly isolate a system fault.
